This filter is great!Alot more air into the intake which gives more HP. When it's opened up it gives a louder/deeper tone.Shipping was with supersaver so,it was alittle slow but,the savings was worth it.This is on an 84 toyota p/u with the intake relocated to the passenger side to shorten the intake distance.K&N makes an adaptor to mount to the MAF which is VERY EXPENSIVE!I used a 5" pipe cap from the plumbing store which worked perfectly.The 1st sound bite is with a K&N 33-2009 filter 0-50mph---the 2nd sound bite is the K&N RF-1009 o-70mph.Sorry for the sound quality that was the best I could do by myself.Hope it helps your decision.K&N RF-1009 Universal Air FilterFeels like my old 89 4runner has a lot more get up and go with this filter on it.
