First time installing this type of filter. All went well on installation. After removing old filter, soaked up very little old oil with paper towels from oil canister. Fram CH8530 came with 2 O-rings needed for installation. Filter looked as good as VW dealer filter that I removed. Installed O-rings and filter in canister and screewed lid on canister. Job complete, no leaks.
