I've used many polishes/glazes over the years on all kinds of cars and I can honestly say this is the best polish/glaze I've found on the market. I've used products like P21S, Klasse, and even Sonus and the Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Professional Show Car Glaze #7 is the best I've found.

If you apply this correctly (in multiple coats if your car has old paint) then it provides a deep, deep gloss before you apply a wax and/or sealant.

The ONLY negative thing I have to say about this polish/glaze is that it smells like chemicals mixed with bird droppings. I really wish Meguiar's made this stuff smell better. That said, if the bad smell is what I have to live with to get this kind of depth/mirror shine then so be it.

Bottom line, if you're looking for a polish/glaze to add depth to your shine before you apply wax, this is what you need to buy.

I have to admit I was a little put off when I first tested Show Car Glaze on my victim car (my brother's truck): The paint had been maintained only sparingly, and while Show Car Glaze did bring out a nice wet shine, it wasn't the knock-your-socks-off result I'd been expecting. As I experimented with additional applications, though, his paint popped into action before my eyes. My test panel outshined the others to begin with, but after two applications it was brilliant, and after three it was amazing.

On my own, better maintained vehicle, the results were much more immediate and easy to achieve. Slap on some glaze, buff it off, and whammo--that glassy, slick, wet, mirror shine people shoot for. Throw a wax or sealant on top (I'm partial to Meguiar's NXT synthetic sealant) and the results are well worth the minimal investment in time and money.

I didn't find the smell to be off-putting, but the color of the polish is extremely reminiscent of what you find in an infant's diaper.

If you've maintained your car's paint, Show Car Glaze will easily give you a shine like no other. If your paint's a little rough, give it some TLC and Show Car Glaze can do the same for you. Or to crib from Barry Meguiar of Meguiar's, "Frequent car care is easy car care."

This is and has been the standard for high buck show cars for years. I use this exclusively on my show winning truck.

If you are using on a daily driver follow with a wax. If a show car or occasional driver use this product only for maximum shine.

This is a pure polish, it has a non-drying oil base. It is absolutely clear [not opaque] and wet looking when applied properly.

Many reviews state this is hard to apply. This can not be further from the truth. Learn how to apply properly and it should be easier than the average wax.

The secret is to apply it THIN. This cannot be overstated enough. How do you get it thin? Apply with a fine foam applicator NOT a terry applicator. Spread product in long even strokes by hand, circular motion will cause it to gum up.

Buff first with a CLEAN SOFT terry cloth to break "skin", then follow with microfiber cloth to a high polish.

Do not use this with a mechanical buffer, this applies best by hand. If you prefer mechanical glaze, use M03 instead.

This is an excellent product! I use this on dark colored vehicles and it makes a huge difference with them. The extra step is well worth it! I however do not use it on silver or white colored vehicles as you really don't notice a difference with them. The darker the vehicle the more dramatic the results look. You must follow up with a good wax/sealant after this step. This product is a POLISH, it is NOT a wax. You must apply wax to a cool surface after this step... Mirror Glaze Synthetic Sealant is very good.

People please understand and I say this for other products as well not only the one in question? This is in regards to the reviews being left by people. Time and time again reviews are being left were it is obvious without question that the products are being used with out following directions and or understanding them! Don't get me wrong we are not all experts or professionals but with somethings damage sometimes severe may results so please let's try not to use/post without fully reading/understanding & completely using what we are reviewing :) As for this product it is a 'polish' NOT A WAX or a synthetic sealant and DOES NOT OFFER ANY PROTECTION!!! Meaning after its been used properly to apply a WAX! On the label there is a number also a website that is available to answer any questions.
