I reviewed the smaller size a year or so ago; this is the same product. I'd tried other brands that were supposed to remove road film and prevent streaking but 20/10 was the first I found that really worked. Local stores have sometimes been lame about carrying it but nothing I've used as a substitute has been as effective.
A quart bottle goes a long way because you mix it with water, 15 to 1. I no longer bother with the 20/10 winter formula because I don't need the freeze protection where I live now. It cleans just as well but I seem to remember that I had to use a stronger mix.
