Haven't had a frozen fuel lines while using this product, so it may have been helpful. I haven't had any issues while not using the product either. so if you have the extra money it doesn't seem to have a bad effect on the fuel system so far.

***Note if you use this on a newer car with one of those non fuel cap systems make sure to use a funnel or it is going to stream down the outside of your car. If that happens use water to avoid damaging the finish on your paint/enamel.
