I bought these pod filters to replace the stock airbox & filter on my 1986 Yamaha FZX700. They look just like they do in the picture. They are a bit of a challenge to install around my frame, but it is 1 millions times easier then the stock piece of garbage. The only thing I am worried about is the fact that filter material doesn't seem too restricted... ie: I am worried about fine sand and dust getting into my motor when the wind kicks up and the air gets mucky (I live in a desert). I also need to comment that the intake sound of my motor is noticeably louder and throatier then stock, and I rather like that.
