These rotors are great compared to some I have bought over the years. Whereas I used to think Brembo was good, and it still is, these rotors really impressed me. The finish and machining were spot on and the non-directional 'cross-hatch' finish is a nice touch. The only thing I wondered about these rotors is that one was made in China and the other made in Taiwan. Visually and weight wise, they are the same, however, one would think that perhaps rotors for a domestic [ford] vehicle would be cast in the USA, however, not the case much anymore with any brake rotors. These are the best China/Taiwan rotors I have seen to date. Perhaps really old stock was made in Canada/USA, but these rotors are fine and perhaps better made than some of the few made in USA rotors I've had in the past. I'm pairing these rotors up with Bendix CT-3 brake pads; I was going to do the Centric/Stoptech pads, however, I felt the Stoptech pads to be unnecessary in my case, though they are a great dual purpose pad. The Centric Posi-Quiet pads, either semi-metallic or the ceramic, would be a fine choice to go with these rotors; if I went with the Posi-Quiets, I would have chosen the semi-metallic for a little better initial bite/pedal feel that semi-metallics give.One bad thing is that Amazon did ship me these rotors in their factory cardboard packaging, which is a bit thin and the clear packing tape barely held it together during shipping. I did have a problem with one box being empty but that was corrected very propmtly; can't beat the benefits of Prime shipping two day free shipping on heavy brake rotors! Now I wish that Amazon themselves would carry/sell the full line of Centric parts as I had to source the front rotors from another retailer.
