I don't really know a whole lot about air filters, but it was difficult for me to find an affordable air filter for my car. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi outlander and none of the stores in town sold any parts for my car! Even Jiffy Lube didn't have one in stock. Luckily, Amazon.com carries just about everything and I was able to find an affordable, seemingly well-made air filter that fit my car perfectly. I found air filters that went all the way up to $60! Now why would I pay that much when I can purchase one for half the price? Maybe I'm missing something, but they all look the same to me and my car is running just fine...
