This MANN brand filter fits perfectly, does the job, and cost approx 1/3 of what my local dealership charges for the same thing (even the box is the same). I can't praise the seller nor the product highly enough.

Nothing to complain about here. MANN Filters are of high quality, almost to the level where it feels wasteful to use all that material. Anyway, recommended!
Best Deals for Mann-Filter C 39 219 Air Filter
It is hard to review an air filter with out a lot of miles on the car and maybe some USED OIL SAMPLES to actually tell how good it really filters the air. I will say this about the filters, they have the same number of pleats as the OEM VW filters, and if you put them side by side they appear to be the exact same. The only difference is that the rubber or foam that runs around the perimeter of the filter is different from the OEM filter. The seal on this filter is more supple and was easier to put in the filter housing and that made the install on the TOUAREG V10 much nicer! The price is a real savings over the VW factory filter.

The foam element on this Mann filter seems to form better with the vehicle's air filter housing versus the Hengst equivalent. The Mann filter also feels very durable.
