I purchased this filter for my 2011 Nissan Xterra. I stopped using the Nissan filters because they are made in China and look and feel cheaply made I don't want to use a cheap filter for my vehicle. So, I had switched to K&N, but alas, they are now made in Korea. This filter, at least as of this writing, is Made In USA and seems to be of the highest quality. You just can't go wrong with a WIX.

I wanted to change the oil on my 1999 Yamaha R1 and could not get the filter off. To avoid making a mess and resorting to the screwdriver method I got this little tool and the filter came off immediately. Highly recommended.

Wix filters have been #1 in the business for a reason. They are a great product with great reliability. They are the only filter I put on any of my vehicles ever. They have a standard spring for the oil over flow instead of a crush spring like most filters. Like I said earlier, they are #1 in the business for a reason.
