Got this a few weeks ago for my new BMW which is infamous for brake dust. This product cleaned it well but I'm almost down 1/3rd in one use and I used pretty conservatively. So this $19.99 bottle will not last more than 3 washes. The white brush wasn't that good, doesn't go deep inside the wheel to clean, which is probably it's main purpose. Have to get a new brush.

I have been buying from Griot's catalog and web site for years (wax and speed shine!!!!). All of their products give great results. I was looking for different tools to clean wheels with, and this kit contained everything. I'm glad to be able to purchase through Amazon. As other reviewer mentioned, this cleaner is NOT a harsh spray on and hose off chemical bath that eats the clear coat from your wheel, but it does make it very easy to get brake dust off especially with the contained 3 finger sponges.

I've been using this cleaner on my BMW wheels for five years now and simply put it is the best wheel cleaner I have ever used. While it is not a spray-on-hose-off cleaner, it is great at getting everything loose and makes it a snap to wipe off built up brake dust even the BMW brake dust (which is horrendous). A little goes a long way and a bottle usually lasts me about a year. Great product from a great company!

I love the Griot speed shine, car wash, and random orbiter kit but I wasn't too impressed with the wheel cleaning kit. Maybe I was expecting too much. Nobody likes cleaning brake dust off German cars and I was hoping this would make it much easier. After a few tries I felt like I needed to put in almost as much effort to get all the tight nooks and crannies cleaned out. This was after applying what seemed like a lot of the bottle too to get the wheels coated in suds. The brush still isn't the holy grail of wheel brushes I was hoping to find either.

Works as advertised, but should have come with a lug nut brush instead of the stupid finger scrubbers which you'll throw away after a couple uses.
